Marine Geology Services (MGS) is a private company that provides services and consultancy for the petroleum industry. MGS is focused on geological and geophysical data acquisition, processing and interpretation along with providing training based on examples of MGS real-world projects. We apply brand new technologies and develop our own tailor-made solutions for each task. Working as a consortium we amalgamate best practices from all over the industry. Our responsible ethos requires us to undergo detailed risk analysis for all projects and only undertake a project based on a full understanding of the risks involved.

Our team of experienced and young professionals provides to customer a fresh cocktail of consistency and reliability along with creative approach, new ideas, and friendly work atmosphere. We are an international and multicultural team that consists of experts from Russia and India.
As a team we accumulated experience in India, but each of the team members is a mixture of backgrounds and vast variety of projects from all over the world.
Senior management obtains an experience in banking sector, sales, finance, real estate business, and geophysical consulting.
The technical team members were previously working in E.ON E&P UK Ltd., Gazprom, Rosneft, Lukoil-Overseas, and Halliburton, providing consultations in exploration and development to many other companies including ONGC and Oil India.
MGS usually operates as a head of consortium of companies, each of those is attracted to the project depending on the project needs and issues to tackle. Establishing strong ties with the client and partners, MGS plans the works, controls its excellence and guides through the smart solutions taking responsibility for the best quality outcome. MGS provides financial stability, business management and scientific knowledge to the consortium.
